Promises Day Treatment program provides critical support for individuals transitioning from residential alcohol rehab or drug rehab to aftercare. It is also offered for people who need more structure than an outpatient treatment can provide. Combining the advantages of residential care with the flexibility of outpatient treatment, participants benefit from a comfortable, safe and supportive environment during the day, while spending each night at their own home.
Participants in day addiction treatment receive care and instruction at our conveniently located Southern California facility (separate from our full-time residential drug rehab program) during the week from 10am to 5pm. Individuals participate in groups, develop coping skills, attend educational/practical lectures and engage in experiential activities and therapies throughout the day. On Saturday mornings, the program provides family support, education, and group sessions from 9am to 12 noon. Sundays are free days for program participants.
