Extended Care
Promises Extended Care program is designed to help men and women in the early stages of recovery make the transition from residential alcohol or drug rehab treatment back into their community. Extended Care provides a supportive, peaceful environment to address issues that arise as clients re-enter the workplace and/or rejoin their families. The program delivers highly individualized care with a range of services conducted at a conveniently located facility (separate from our residential drug rehab facilities and our sober living house). Promises' Extended Care alcohol and drug teatment program has proven highly effective in ensuring that individuals in early sobriety get off to a positive and healthy start - the beginning of a lifelong recovery.
