Rehabilitation Technician – West Los Angeles and Malibu

Position Overview: Facilitates clients daily activities in residential component/wake-up; chore supervision; assists with meal service, assists with laundry and clean-up.Transports clients to and from necessary appointments when needed. Observes and monitors clients behavior and intervenes based on schedule, individual clients treatment plan and house needs. Facilitates assigned groups/meetings/activities per program schedule. Documents observations / milieu interventions in client records (minimum of one entry per shift/group.  Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications: Two years experience with 12-step program.

Trauma Therapist – Malibu

Position Overview: Responsible for and directs all clinical activities at Malibu primary, Malibu Vista  and extended care Residential facilities.  Conducts trauma groups and indivdual sessions as needed

Particpates in weekly case conference meeting. Facilitates comprehensive Biopsychsocial assessment evaluation and diagnostic summary for assigned clients.Facilitates multi-disciplinary treatment planning and weekly treatment plan review updates for assigned clients (ensures inclusion of all treatment modalities/ disciplines). Initiates discharge planning upon admission for assigned clients, and updates discharge plan weekly. Finalize discharge plan, per clinical policy and protocols. Individual sessions for all assigned clients (at least 2-3 weekly).

Requirements/Qualifications: Masters Degree; California licensed (MFCC, LCSW or Ph.D.) 3 years; 5 years of clinical experience; 3 years clinical trauma experience;  3 years supervisory experience in a residential or hospital setting; 4 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed patients; 3 years 12-step experience; certified in EMDR or Somatic Experience

Director of Family Programs – West Los Angeles

Position Overview: Upon arrival of a new client, coordinate with the assigned individual clinician as to the pertinent family information and make contact with the family within 24 hours of a working business day.  Individual sessions with clients and/or two family sessions/month. Facilitating all family groups, family educational and multi family process groups. Conduct Family conjoint sessions. Supervise family counselors for all Young Adult Programs ensuring staff compliance with all company policies and procedures. Develop and institute a Promises wide Family Workshop with the assistance of all Promises Family Counselors.

Ensure Family Workshop runs smoothly and effectively. Evaluate the program and adjust programming to maximize family and/or patient satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications: Ph.D./Psy.D., LMFT, LCSW,  with a minimum 2-year of professional experience with a chemical dependency population in a 12 step model program. A minimum of two years management experience and ability to supervise master’s level interns.

Intake Advisor – Long Beach

Position Overview: Provide admission inquiry coverage. Provides phone, live chat and contact form coverage during assigned shift for incoming admission inquiries. This includes but is not limited to assessment and answering pre-admissions/general intake questions from potential clients, families or their referral sources

Maintains a fluent knowledge and ability to articulate all service offerings of Elements Behavioral Health

If appropriate, provide treatment recommendations within Elements Behavioral Health network of treatment centers. If caller/potential patient is not appropriate for an Elements facility, provide outbound referrals based on presenting issues to established referral sources or other behavioral healthcare providers.  Track and document (in the CRM) the disposition of potential patients from initial call, handoff to the facility, up to and including admission.  Serve as support for all call center and facility Intake Coordinators

Requirements/Qualifications: BA in Psychology/Social Work or 2 years working in a residential setting with clients suffering from addiction preferred.
