Balancing Treatment & Professional Needs

Executives are expected to operate at a very high level and at an elevated pace. That reality makes requiring a total cessation of contact with professional colleagues for an extended period of time unworkable. However, because addiction can be fatal, having privacy and time away from work to focus on personal issues, and clinical needs are crucial to the recovery process.

Executive Care provides a blended approach to treatment. Participants have the privacy necessary to focus on the deeper individual work essential to preventing the further escalation of financial, legal and health related consequences. At the same time, they also have the flexibility to schedule access to important calls, the internet and opportunities to attend important engagements.

Who is Executive Care for?

Self referred clients – Professionals enter treatment for many reasons. In some cases, an individual will recognize that they have a problem and will seek treatment of their own accord with no encouragement or incentive from an employer. Executive Care provides world class treatment while still protecting the employee’s legal rights to privacy.

Corporate Referrals – In other cases when a high value, high visibility employee’s behavior becomes erratic or problematic, employers or business partners can suggest Executive Care as an alternative to the more drastic consequences usually associated with diminished performance. Following residential care, employees can authorize monitoring to verify ongoing sobriety and compliance for their employer.

Located in Los Angeles, SRI will make state of the art evaluation and treatment services available to Promises professional clients, when needed.
