Bridget is a registered and licensed dietitian practicing in Austin, TX. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Texas A&M University and completed her supervised practice in Austin through the University of Houston’s Distance Dietetic Program.
Bridget was employed at St. David’s Medical Center working with adults in rehab and the acute setting, providing diet education for diabetes, cardiovascular health, kidney disease and more. She joined iLiveWell Nutrition so she could spend more time with patients, helping them to implement positive lifestyle changes to improve their health. She enjoys teaching groups and working individually with adults on many nutrition issues including managing diabetes, improving cardiovascular health and supporting recovery.
