Our P.A.T.H. treatment programs work to help a diverse population of people, no matter their gender or background. Still, we recognize that women and men approach addiction and mental health disorders differently. That’s why we have created programs that are extremely helpful for women because they will target specific issues that may be more common with women.
If you are a woman dealing with the pain of addiction, then please know that there is hope and healing nearby.
At our P.A.T.H. Centers for Excellence, women’s addiction treatment is evidence-based therapy programs that work to provide you with all the tools and resources you need to get on the right path for healing.
Your first step in becoming sober is to reach out for help. Our recovery specialists can walk you through the process and explain our outpatient addiction treatment options. This step may seem grueling, but you will feel relief at knowing you are supported.
Next, you can begin the diagnostic assessment. You will discuss the specifics of your substance use and any possible co-occurring mental health disorders. This helps our experienced care team create the best treatment plan for your needs.
Different treatment plans work for different needs and lifestyles. For example, if it fits your schedule and you a have more severe addiction problem, you may benefit from a residential treatment program. But if you are ready to get help and need a treatment plan that can work with your daily life, the P.A.T.H. programs may be better suited for you.
Our programs are helpful for those who are dealing with less severe addiction issues. For example, if you are addicted to substances such as meth, heroin, or opioids, then withdrawals can be very painful. If you exhibit a more severe substance use disorder, we may refer you to a residential treatment center where you can detox safely and in the care of 24/7 staff. During medical detox, you’ll receive medication to assist in the withdrawal process, which can make the experience less distressing for you.
We understand tthat you have a busy life. In which case, day therapy rehab such as patial hospitalization programs may be a better fit for. This helps women who may have children that come home from school or work in the evenings. The P.A.T.H partial hospitalization program will allow you to gain all skills and strength you need to cope with your addiction when you return home in the evenings.
Each of our P.A.T.H. locations offers both in-person or virtual intensive outpatient programs. During either IOP or VIOP meetings, you will get intensive treatment that aim to help build your confidence and empower you with evidence-based strategies. These sessions are often several hours a day for a few days a week.
After completing your treatment plan at our P.A.T.H. outpatient treatment programs, we understand that wins will be had but the journey will go on. Most people are need more time and connection in their recovery communities. That’s why we offer a Rooted Alumni program for our clients to attend weekly meetings or Non 12 step based meetings that are open to the public.
